Mr. Snyder has over 40 years of experience in telecommunications networking, system architecture, engineering, design, technology, financial technology (fintech), and management. He is a C-level executive with extensive experience leading product management and product management teams. He has over 20 years’ experience with several early stage startups from initial seed funding through acquisition and exit.
He has been retained as an expert witness in over 500 cases regarding telecommunications technology including Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) cases, patent and intellectual property cases, breach of contract cases, and other areas of litigation regarding telecommunications network technology. He has been issued 47 patents on telecommunications networking technology.
Randy is considered a technology and industry expert in wireless and cellular telecommunications. He has been retained as an expert witness in over 500 cases as an engineer and has been qualified as an expert in Federal District Court many times. He has provided expert witness services in Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) cases, patent cases, trademark cases, breach of contract cases, illegal eavesdropping cases, and others involving telecommunications technology.
Mr. Snyder has extensive knowledge and experience in the financial technology and identity management fields. He has designed multiple systems bridging cellular telecommunications technology and financial technology, fraud management, and identity management. He has been issued 33 patents regarding the use of cellular telecommunication technology to enhance financial technology, fraud management, and identity management.
Randy has spent many years developing standards for ANSI and the TIA. He has taught many classes and seminars on wireline and wireless telecommunications technologies and has been a speaker at many industry conferences. He has also co-authored two books, many articles, and been quoted numerous times in industry trade publications, The Wall Street Journal and The New York Times.
